This 2 seat, long back chassis is made of mild steel tubing and comes
fully welded. The 100” wheelbase
hands the driver a more stable car at high speeds and a better ride. The
chassis is set up for a VW link pin type front end, swing axle rear suspension,
and VW Type 1 engine. Front and rear solid VW motor mounts
are included, as well as all brackets, mounting plates, front end clamps,
and pedal mounts. Maximum rear suspension travel is 11 3/4". If you
wish, for a nominal extra charge, the chassis can be constructed to fit
VW ball joint front ends, and /or VW IRS rear suspension.
This is a good all around fun type chassis. A wrap around rear cage included,
along with a removable lower
assembly.

chassis. It has a 100"
wheelbase, and features a rear cage that will accept dual carbs. The chassis
comes ready to install a
VW link pin front end, Type 1 engine, and swing axle rear suspension. For
extra strength, the off
road kit comes installed in this chassis. VW IRS is available.
This chassis is made to seat 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Many owners
use the area behind the
front seats for fuel tanks or coolers.
The rear seats should not be used for anyone over 5’ tall.

This popular 4 Seater Chassis provides plenty of head and leg room to
seat four adults comfortably.
The 112” wheelbase provides a great ride. The chassis is set up for
a VW link pin front end and VW
type 1 engine. A torsion housing with IRS brackets and trans mounts are
included, as well as the
passenger hand grips, shifter box, mounting plates, head and tail light
tabs, and seat belt tabs. Bus
trans mounts and double shock mounts are available. We suggest Beard or
Mastercraft front seats,
or fiberglass seats in front and rear. Additional options include H.D. long
travel trailing arms, wide
front beam, and coil over front suspension.
